Fertility Health Test
Our comprehensive test goes beyond simply measuring your reproductive hormone levels and ovarian reserve. It provides an extensive overview of your hormonal balance and overall well-being. Whether you're actively trying to conceive or planning for the future, this test empowers you with the crucial knowledge needed to make informed decisions about your fertility journey.
Our Approach
We understand the importance of a thorough understanding of your reproductive health. Our Female Fertility Health Test is conducted in our clinic and analyses over 45 data points to give you a complete picture of your internal health. This includes assessing fertility hormones, thyroid function, iron levels, heart health, and more, ensuring a holistic view that goes beyond traditional fertility assessments.
Why Get Tested?
Understanding your fertility is vital, especially considering the natural decline in fertility with age and the impact of hormonal imbalances on your overall health. With infertility affecting a significant portion of the population, our test is designed for anyone curious about their reproductive health status or experiencing issues related to fertility.

What we test:
Thyroid Health
Including Thyroid Stimulating Hormone, Free Thyroxine, and more to assess metabolic function.
Hormonal Health:
Covering key hormones like Oestradiol, Follicle Stimulating Hormone, and Anti-Müllerian Hormone (AMH), crucial for understanding reproductive status.
Nutritional Health:
Examining levels of Vitamin D, Iron, and a Full Blood Count to gauge overall nutritional status and its impact on fertility.
Liver Health, Diabetes Health, and More:
Providing insights into general body health which can influence fertility.
Tailored Fertility Enhancement Treatments
In addition to diagnostic testing, Calm offers tailored fertility treatments based on your test results. These treatments are designed to restore and optimise your fertility health, discussed as part of your comprehensive fertility health screening to ensure a personalised approach.
Special Instructions for Testing
To ensure the accuracy of your test results, it is recommended to avoid hormonal contraceptives and schedule the test for two to five days after the start of your period, ideally on day three. For those not menstruating or post-menopausal, tests can be taken on any day.
